Horizontal Router-Based Mortising Machine Completed 12/06/2011

I used the Triton 2 1/4hp Router for this project and am sure it will be more than enough for anything I can throw at it.

(left) Drill Assisted Lifting  (center) Bungee Assisted Lift -- keeps router forward and eliminates some of weight of the router.  (right) Dust Collection Hose Fittings -- for 4in main DC hookup

(below)  Lift Cradle -- has 1/4-20 thread that results in 20 full turns per inch of lift.
