Precise Parts Canon EOS Adapter for ST-10XME/CFW10

I have had this thing for nearly 3 years without using it all because I did not realize that I need to REMOVE the D-Block assembly from the ST-10XME/CFW10.  After removing the D-Block, infinity focus is actually 1mm rotation before maximum infinity on my Canon f/2.8 70-200mm L Lens.   It can't get much better than that. 

FYI -- Below is the WRONG way to mount the adapter.  TAKE OFF THE @$%*! D-BLOCK!:
