(BELOW) This is one of my great-grandfather's hand planes that got passed on to me.  When I received it it had a Stanley Sweetheart blade in in it.  I have purchased a new Hock blade for it, however, I thinking about grinding both blades differently for different tasks; the first blade so that I can quickly hog out material with the old Sweetheart blade (radiused) and the second (Hock) blade for some basic jointing (straight and squared).  I suspect that I might have to move the frog forward and close up the mouth when setting it up for jointing.
